A Porsche 911 GT3 with a Mazda 20B three-rotor heart. REVENANT means “one who returns”: Mazda's rotary spirit, brought back through modern engineering. We love both. Apparently, leaving them alone wasn't an option.

I'm GAKU. Former racing driver, still a complete car nut. One day I said, “What if we put a rotary in a Porsche?” No sponsors. Just a sentence I couldn't take back.
I’m pretty sure everyone around me was thinking, “What the hell is he talking about?” Fair question. I had no sensible answer. I still don’t.
Porsche or Mazda? GT3 or rotary? We wanted the engineering, history, and pride of both in one car. We call it art. Art is a great word. Makes the whole thing sound planned, doesn’t it?
That’s the spirit of JOKER. A crew of car-obsessed misfits in Japan, putting far too much effort into things that make us laugh. Cars, films, streetwear. Different ways to let more people in on the joke.
If someone halfway around the world laughs, starts a conversation, or decides to build their own ridiculous thing, that’s the whole point.
