Shipping policy

Orders usually ship within 1–3 business days after confirmation (excluding weekends and Japanese public holidays, and the New Year period). Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

Domestic shipping (Japan)

Standard: ¥870 (tax included) / free on orders of ¥12,000 or more / estimated delivery 3–5 business days

Express: ¥3,762 (tax included) / estimated delivery 1–2 business days

We are unable to accept delivery date or time requests.

International shipping (EMS by Japan Post, tracked)

Asia (South Korea, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Philippines, Indonesia): ¥1,900

North America (United States, Canada): ¥3,900

Oceania (Australia, New Zealand): ¥3,150

Middle East (United Arab Emirates): ¥3,150

Estimated delivery: 5–8 business days after dispatch (may vary depending on customs clearance)

Duties and import taxes: For orders shipped to the United States, duties and import taxes are collected at checkout, so there is nothing extra to pay on delivery. For all other countries and regions, any duties, import taxes or other charges that apply are the responsibility of the recipient and are collected on delivery.

Please note

To keep shipping costs low, items are folded compactly for shipping. Apparel may have fold creases on arrival; please understand this in advance.

If a parcel is returned to us due to an extended absence, an incomplete address, refusal of delivery, or the carrier's holding period expiring, the round-trip shipping cost for re-delivery will be charged to the customer.
